Shipping & Delivery
Delivery is free, everywhere in Pakistan
We do not charge for delivery. There is no minimum order value — free delivery applies to every order, nationwide.
How long it takes
- Most cities: 3 to 4 working days
- Karachi: approximately one week
Orders are dispatched after we confirm your details. We may call or message you on WhatsApp to verify your address and phone number before shipping — please answer, as unverified orders cannot be dispatched.
Cash on delivery
Every order is cash on delivery. You pay the courier at your door, in cash, after receiving the parcel. Nothing is paid in advance and we never ask for card or bank details.
You may open and inspect the item in front of the courier before paying. If it is damaged, incorrect, or not what you ordered, refuse the delivery and pay nothing.
Tracking
Once your parcel is dispatched, follow it using the Track your order link in our menu. If you have difficulty, message us on WhatsApp and we will check it for you.
Delays
Once a parcel is with the courier, delivery is outside our direct control. Weather, public holidays, and courier backlogs can cause delays. If your order exceeds the times above, contact us and we will chase it.
