We deliver nationwide. This is an online shop, so there's no walk-in counter.
About your order
- Payment: cash on delivery only. Nothing is paid in advance.
- Delivery: 3 to 4 days to most cities, about a week to Karachi.
- Replacement: 7 days from delivery if an item is faulty or not as described. The return costs you nothing.
- Tracking: use the Track your order link in the menu.
Before you call about a replacement
Have your order number ready and, if you can, a photo or short video of the fault. It lets us arrange the swap in one call instead of three.
