How we sell
Everything on this site is cash on delivery. You don't send money in advance, you don't share card details, and you don't pay a rupee until the courier is at your door and the box is open in your hands. If what's inside isn't what you ordered, you refuse it and pay nothing.
What we sell, honestly
We stock home and kitchen appliances — irons, kettles, blenders, air fryers and garment steamers.
Some of what we sell is branded and some is not, and we always say which. Our Panasonic NI-22AWTXJ dry iron is genuine imported stock, but it does not carry Panasonic Pakistan warranty service, and we say so on the product page rather than letting you find out afterwards. Our unbranded products are described as unbranded and priced accordingly.
Our specifications describe the units we ship. If we can't verify a number, we don't print it.
Delivery and replacement
- Free delivery everywhere in Pakistan, with no minimum order
- 3 to 4 days to most cities, about a week to Karachi
- 7-day replacement if an item arrives faulty or isn't as described — the return costs you nothing
