Once your order has been handed over to the courier, delivery times are outside the direct control of VIPRIC. Delays caused by weather, public holidays, courier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur.

Refund Policy

We want you to receive your order in good condition. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different product, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.

For faster assistance, please provide your order number and clear photos or a video of the product and the issue. Our team will review the request and determine whether a replacement, exchange, or refund is appropriate.
